I always have the best experience with pet smart from the vet to the grooming salon but I had to recently get a new groomer because my usual relocated out of town n now I have the next perfect groomer his name is Chris n I will be taking both my fur babies to chris

Banfied is great. I've never had a problem with being ignored. My dog loves coming to them. I have never seen any of my dogs ever want to come to the vet.

wow

the store is decent the employees decent but the hospital is a joke. the nurse at the desk will ignore you and not talk to you. she was surfing the internet the whole time. I threatened to leave and suddenly she's nice. I felt unwanted.

The worse grooming experience ...

The worse grooming experience ever! will never go back there again. They will not honor their 'Look Great Guarantee". They cut my dog's hair so short that her skin is all red, irritated, practically bleeding but they say its only a small area and it's not part of the Guarantee!!!! "The Guarantee would cover a short cut all over but not in small patches!!" Really??? so a small mistake is not a problem.. we only cover big mistakes. Its a JOKE!
