i have gotten to know all the girls at petsmart grooming,and they are all excellent. i have a 5lb dog and they are all so good with him. he does not like to be groomed but they have a special waywith him, i usually have desi when its time for a cut. she excellant. i have never been unhappy when she cuts his hair. it is always the way i like it.sincerly, katie
