We love Pets & Pals. The people are very nice and they are very knowledgeable about all of the animals. Everything is very clean-especially the animals. My children love to pet the puppies and kittens and the staff always takes the time to be very kind to them. It is kind of like a toy store. They have toys and colorful items everywhere. They even have a little mini bakery section. It is just great! It is one of our favorite places in Gig Harbor.

The manager is excellent and while they have a lot of teens or twenty somethings as associates working the counter , they are very nice,helpful and caring towards the animals. If they don't have the answers for you they are not afraid to find out for you. I also really appreciate how they relate to my daughter when she comes in to visit the pets on a weekly basis. GREAT CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!!!
