I got yelled at by an employee for taking a picture of the lizard for sale. There was no flash and i wasn't tapping on the glass. It was so rude and ridiculous because what I was doing was so harmless.

First of all..if you did not supply the grooming staff with your dog's age at previous appointments..they will ask at your next appointment. 12 is the Petco age restriction. It is no fault of the employee. Dogs are required to have water in the kennels at all times and management checks on this regulary. Not all dogs are comfortable with the salon setting and react differently each time they come in. Petco has very strict standards in which the groomers must adhear to at all times.

this store is very nice and the staff is friendly and most of them are informative. i always receive great service. thank you.

My Bichon Frise was nervous just entering the grooming facility. I'm not sure what happened while he was there, but he came out even more terrified. Maybe it was because he was there for almost six hours or maybe it was because he looked awful. Once we left that horrible place, he peed right on the sidewalk, he couldn't even make it to a grassy island in the parking lot. If that wasn't bad enough, when we got home he drank a whole bowl of water. I don't know if had access to any drinking water or not, but he sure acted like he was dehydrated.That store should be shut down for the lack of humane conditions and the pet groomers should be fired immediately.
