We provide permanent makeup, micro pigmentation, dermal pigmentation, cosmetic tattooing and permanent cosmetics by carefully blending cosmetic color and placing them on dermis. For example, colorless lips, uneven lip lines and small lips can be restored beautifully with the artful use of color and style. Permanent makeup also solves the problems of allergic reaction to traditional cosmetics, partial or complete loss of eyesight, or unsteady hands that make cosmetic application difficult or impossible.

It is my goal to create a comfortable, stress-free environment for my clients and to treat each and every one with the utmost respect. My business is run in a professionally, fairly and compassionately. If any comments I made were offensive to this client, it was purely unintentional, as I speak only with love and respect in my heart. Permanent Makeup by Kelly - 08/15/2009Rebecca filled in my eyebrows and added a top eyeliner for me this summer. I really appreciated how she took time with me before the procedure to find out exactly what I wanted, and then was extremely conservative with the colors in order to stay subtle. Then, when the color was still too light, she set up another appointment to darken it, adding appointments as needed until it was exactly where I wanted it to be. Rebecca is a lovely woman and she made my experience very pleasant. I highly recommend her for permanent makeup!
Good artist, obnoxious person by mermaidenindesert - 07/28/2009I had my lipliner and brows done a few months ago at Rebecca's place of business. while I agree she is quite good at what she does the woman is obnoxious beyond words. Very loud and made several insensitive comments to me throughout the procedure. Obviously not someone who thinks before she speaks. i don't know what you would call that kind of behavior. Just not a very sensitive person or even very self-aware. If you are going for electrolysis, I had the pleasure of meeting Patty who was an incredibly sweet person. I have nothing but good things to say about Patty. Also the young lady who answers the business line seemed very nice. Just not a very good experience with Rebeca. Maybe it was just me . i was offended by how she came off as so brazen and insensitive. Otherwise i was satisfied with the work she did on me. I would go back again if she attended sensitivity classes.

It takes alot to trust someone with a needle that close to your eyes and I travelled to Las Vegas to have Rebecca when I had plenty of choices in my hometown. Outstanding experience!!
