I am Happy!

by Dr.Pops , 08/12/2010

We too hired Perma Dry for the same Neutocrete product in our crawl space. The estimator made multiple trips to the house to secure proper details, and thier crew worked dilligently for multiple days installing drainage in the crawl space, around the house, and finaly the Neutocrete material. The estimator came back to check up on the house and do inspections a few times, we even got a follow up call from the owner to make sure we were satisfied and thanked us for doing business with them. They did a major project at our house and we are totaly satisfied we choose them to perform the repairs at our home. I would recommend them to anyone.

Homeowner in Issaquah

I recently hired Permadry to install their Neutocrete product in my crawlspace. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on their performance. They failed to apply the product to a section of the crawlspace and covered over the entrance to this section with insulation board. When scheduled to complete this section, they failed to show on the date scheduled and did not bother to call and change the appointment. When finished with initial install, they left heat duct connections disconnected or loose, which essentially leads to heating the neighborhood. Finally, they have failed to complete the project as agreed to in the contract, despite numerous calls to the business. It has been impossible to even get a return call from the owner of the company.

Response from Business - 06/13/2013
We appreciate the business and trust this home owner gave to our organization. We made some errors in the initial job, and we will admit that there were some questionable finishes to the service we initially provided. We did everything humanly possible to make the needed corrections in a timely manner and to provide the service the home owner expected and that we wanted to deliver upon. The job was fully completed, albeit a bit late, and we did everything possible to get to the calls that come to our organization in a timely manner. While the home owner has not recognized it on their post, they actually thanked us in the end for our commitments and ability to get the job done as promised. We understand their frustration, and we are sorry it took longer than hoped for. It allowed us to make some corrections to the process and in the end, the home owner has been pleased with the service we provided.
