Professional, friendly and easy to work with

Sales was not pushy and was very knowledgeable of not only the vehicles, they their electronics (Nav systems). he and the finance person were excellent. Although we have bought cars elsewhere in Colorado Springs, this is where we look first. The sales process is extremely friendly and smooth. I have bought 1 used truck and this is my second new vehicle from Perkins. Over the 14 years of working with them I have not had any issues from sales to service. I know it is 14 years as they have been servicing my RAM for 14 years.

Great Buying Experience/Conscientious Salesman

I felt Dennis St. Laurent (Sales) and Randy Lucas (Finance) were concerned about me and my buying experience. Additionally, everyone I met at the dealership was very friendly and seemed like they enjoyed working there.

PROFESSIONAL STAFF.....ALL GREAT TO WORK WITH

Bob & I were extremely impressed with our salesman with how imformative he was when we asked any question. We were never pressured at any point in our journey in buying a new vehicle; it was all very low key. All of the staff at Perkins Motors were very Professional.

Entire Process was Outstanding

My overall experience with the buying process at Perkins Motors was truly outstanding. If there was an industry standard, it should be based along the way that Perkins does business. From sales to finance, service and the parts department, I've had nothing but a positive experience. As I read some of the other comments made, I feel rather sad for people who may not have had a good experience. My belief is that the departments would truly take care of a concern regarding one of their vehicles. Thank you again Perkins Motors, this vehicle that was purchased is Number 7.

Very honest and friendly service staff.

Service advisor was quick and genuinely honest with my needs. Never felt pressured. I have been coming for several years and never had a bad experience.

Outstanding people!

I've been buying and servicing my vehicles from Perkins for the last 16 years. During my latest purchase, I looked everywhere online and I couldn't find a price that was even close to Perkins price, so I bought there, again! Then, I was even more impressed when the financing APR was even lower than I could get at my credit union. My payments were actually lower than I expected. They included a free 1st oil change and when I brought it in for that, it took less than 30 minutes. Thanks, Perkins!

3 story GARAGE was great to shop in the day we were there it was raining.

Nice experience as car buying goes! We shopped everywhere and finally felt like we were getting a "fair" deal. Our salesperson Ken was very helpful and I would recommend him highly!

Run around game

If you want top notch treatment while you're buying the car and the run around after you've bought the car I'd highly suggest Perkins. Thier sales staff is very friendly while your playing the numbers game but once you drive off the lot in your new car all customer service is totally lost. I'm so so disappointed with Perkins right now. Even calls to the sales manager proved to be in-effective. He is just as bad as the rest of his crew. I wouldn't suggest buying a car from this place. They need to re-think how they treat their customers and that word of mouth will hurt the business real bad.

Screwed again....

My son had all kinds of trouble with ford work truck so thought he would switch. Was assured Dodge he bought here was dependable..Didn't get l00 miles when heated up. Took it back and went on to job in Utah. Didn't want to fix right away but he insisted...they called in Utah and said was fixed and that they test drove it..so he drove his jeep all the way back to find not fixed at all. He has to have truck to pull equipment to do job..but they don't care once they have money. They told him he couldn't do anything about it because there is not a lemon law. Go else where....there has got to be honest people somewhere. I intend to spread the word about this place any and everywhere i can.

Terrible Service

This was the first time I have ever had my vehicle serviced at Perkins and it will be the absolute last time! I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at because the check engine was on, I arrived as soon as the service center opened which was at 7:00 A.M which was the time of my appointment, it took them 45 min to even take my vehicle into the bay, needless to say 2 hrs later I asked if they knew what was wrong and the guy told me " they haven't even had a chance to look at it yet " There were several people that came in almost an hour after me and left before me! I finally got fed up and left.....the service called me 2 hours later and said that the ecm was flashing a single code but it would take them a while to figure out what it was....another 45 min later they called and found out what the problem was. So it took almost 6 hours to plug a scan tool into OBD II port and read a code, this is an absolute outrage. I will never go back to this dealership for anything!!! I h
