Performance was recommended to me by my family mechanic of over 20yrs, Roy's Auto, so I had high expectations from the get-go. I have an older Chevy that needed a tailpipe altered for new emissions regulations. Zach answered the phone, professional and friendly, and was able to give me a rough price range that I felt was reasonable. Upon arrival, the parking lot was absolutely full, so I expected a wait. Zach greeted me immediately upon entry. He was familiar with the new regulations, advised a couple options, and gave me a price even lower than the original quote range. I think I was in shock, but had to take him up on the deal before he came to his senses. 20 minutes??? I was out in 15 mins and for a third of what I had expected to pay! Impressive customer service, immediate attention, a great price, AND that wasn't the best part. This man is a true professional and takes his work seriously. Upon closer inspection at home, his work was immaculate. The welds were super clean and the bonds were strong. He even added proper support bars (!). I'm drop-jawed impressed. Thanks Zack!

Performance Muffler on North 32nd Street installed a Legato axel-back I purchased on-line on my 2016 Mustang GT. They had the best reviews in the area and quoted a low price, particularly for a system they hadn’t seen before so didn’t know potential gotchas. It didn’t take long for them to cut off the factory parts and get the new ones installed with perfect fit. When I went to pay, I was pleasantly surprised they gave me a veteran’s discount after seeing my plates. Thanks, Scott and Zach!

This is the only place that I use for my exhaust needs. Being a car guy I am asked for my recommendations all the time. Performance Muffler is who I recommend. I have yet had anyone tell me that they weren't happy with the work. - Today my visit was for a new catalytic converter. Wow, what a difference!

FLAT OUT GREAT EXPERIENCE. Not just customer service, I'm talking service, price, quality, and time. Glad I had some patience; I literally contacted over 10 different locations with all VERY close to the same quote for both price and install time. Lastly I contacted these guys @ Performance Muffler and I'm glad I tried that one more. A few days ago, Tim did a quality install of my Roush exhaust system on my Mustang which LITERALLY took about a quarter of the price and time that was quoted to me by the others. Awesome experience overall. He also was very welcoming to suggesting to give a call and stopping by in a few days to make sure everything is working right. Already going back for another service within the next week or so. Moral of the story.. SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY & CALL THEM FIRST!!

I am extremely impressed with the advice Russ gave me on choosing the correct muffler for my truck. Russ had set an appointment for me to return and have the muffler installed, I arrived a little early and he immediately started working on my vehicle. He was very quick and paid close attention to detail. I must say they did a perfect job on my truck and as far as pricing, I am very impressed there also. Thank you

I have a 2015 camaro. I checked all over town for a fair price and couldn't find anyone that would compare with Performance. After speaking with Russ and Tim several times to decide on Flowmaster Super 40's; they ordered the parts. While I was there I was able to watch the install but before everything was welded up they let me hear the exhaust before final install to make sure I would be happy. THESE GUYS ARE TOP NOTCH. I couldn't be happier and some friends have already decided to go to them. If you're looking to put a new exhaust in or get something fixed, I highly recommend trying these guys.

After trying larger "chain" stores I have Performance Muffler a call. I am super glad I did, not only did they save me tons of money, but they got me in and out in less than 40 minutes. Awesome welding on everything (I checked when I got home) and the guys were straight to the point, no B.S. Seriously possibly the best muffler shop in town. Check them out.

I was a first time exhaust buyer, and didnt really know what to look for in a muffler shop. I called several places to try to get an idea about a exhaust system for my truck. Many shops didn't want to take the time to explain to me what my options were, and what would be the best for my truck. A friend of mine told me about Performance Muffler in Phoenix. I gave them a call and the owner Russell was extremely helpful. He gave me several options for a performance exhaust system to get better mileage and power. He even gave me an exact quote over the phone! I still called around to a couple of other places, but no one was nearly as helpful or nice as Russell. Plus he was even one of the cheapest prices in town! I then checked out his website. Performancemuffler.net. I could tell he did quality work. The price was right, the customer service was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with my new dual exhaust. It sounds great, just like he said. I HIGHLY recommend Performance Muffler. THE BEST EXHAUST SHOP IN TOWN!!!
