10 years after they installed my system Performance Air is still providing excellent service. When I needed a part they first tried to find it free. When that didn't wo1rk they found it as cheaply as possible, delivered it for free (I don't drive) and explained how I could install it so that I wouldn't have pay them for something I could do.

My AC unit suddenly stopped working yesterday, and with it being in the mid 90s, the house got a bit uncomfortable, quickly. This company installed the unit when the house was built. I waited till they opened for business in the morning to call them. I was pleased to find out they would have a technician at my house within the next 3 1/2 hours. About an hour or so later the tech arrived. It didn't take him long to diagnose the faulty part. He went through the test proceedure with me, replaced the faulty part, then ran some other tests on the system and found everything else in good condition.The cost for service is probably average. The quick response and personable, knowledgable and efficiant work by the tech got me back in service in short order.I plan on using them in the near future for routine maintenance.
