Terrible Customer Service by TrinaNYC - 11/19/2009If i could, i would give negative stars. Their billing people would not call me back after i left several messages requesting assistance. When i finally spoke to someone (after several weeks), their answers to all my questions were 'this is not our policy' without explaining to me WHY their policies are the way they are. They have lost my business forever. If you are going to spend hundreds of dollars at a business, wouldn't that business want to make sure you were happy?
