I needed a transmission flush and an oil change, I was given excellent customer service. Timing was prompt and cost was very reasonable. I was thanked by the manager himself which I thought added personality. I will definitely go back again!

I called and described my car and said I was looking for a pure synthetic oil change. She quoted me "around $60". I asked "Okay, great. What is your availability?". Her response was "You'll have to leave your car here a while". Um, okay. I asked "Could you please define a while?". Her response was "We are fully booked for the next 2 days". I said "That is much more helpful than 'a while'. Thank you". She hung up on me. SaaaaaCREW you guys! You just lost 4 customers because the people sitting around me all agree that she was a total b!^$@ (she was on speaker phone).

I moved into the area and decided not to make the drive to my usual garage just for an oil change. Celebration pep boys was just up the street so I took it there.

They did my oil change and mentioned the power steering was low and might have a leak.

Less that 24 hours later my power steering had completely stopped working. I wondered if it was a coicidence or if maybe they hadn't reattached the hose correctly after checking it (giving them benefit of the doubt, the car is 12 years old).

When I brought the car back in I mentioned my ignition sometimes sticks, but if it happens to give me a call and I can come by and start it, like I said I live just up the street.

They called me to come and start it about an hour later. When I arrived I found that they had broken my key and made the cylanders freeze up. It took me 15 minutes just to get it to turn. Needless to say I was upset. I asked them to pay for the broken key (a quick cheap fix, for an upset customer) and they refused. I took my car elsewhere.

And the quote, the wanted to charge me around $600 to fix a power steering pump. I wouldn't let them near my car ever again.

Service was quick, efficient, and above and beyond my expectations! Rick and the boys were friendly, talkative and all around helpful. Would recommend to anyone

As a single, non-mechanically inclined woman I HIGHLY recommend PEP Boys in Celebration. After I noticed my right front tire was getting low, I tried to put in air, but that didn't seem to help. I normally take my car to a dealership that is 45 minutes away from my home. Not wanting to risk the drive, I decided to stop by Pep Boys in Celebration as several co-workers take their cars there. Rather than immediately decide that I needed to purchase a new tire, they checked all four tires, put in air and told me to watch the tire over the next few days to see if it continued to lose air. If so, I could then bring it back or take it to my regular dealer. All in all, it took 10 minutes and I was on my way. Wow! No sales pitch and they treated me with respect. If I do end up needing a tire, I will definitely return to this location!

I HIGHLY RECOMEND PEPBOYS AT CELEBRATION!!! We're from Cleveland TN and drove down Kissimmee for a Disney vacation. Unfortunately, the very next day we arrived, my check engine light came on and immediatly my Navigator started kicking really bad to the point were I thought it was going to leave us stranded (my wife, my 4 year old and 10 month old baby.) That's not the way you want to start your vacation!!! Luckly, there was a Pepboys walking distance from the resort we were staying so I was able to take the truck to them. When I walked in, I was greeted by Chris right away and he started to take care of me. I could tell the Navigator was in bad shape and needed a lot of work done which meant they would have to keep it overnight. In a vacation the last thing you want is to be sick or to have car trouble. Well we had the latter, but I was very impressed and satisfied with the service I received from these guys. Chris went above and beyond to try to make things better for me and my family. I didn't even have to call the shop once after I left the truck there because Chris called me every so often to update me and inform me about the work they were doing. I don't know about you, but that makes me feel like you are being well taken care of. It is stressful enough to have car issues on vacation and everything that goes with it (specially the fear that you're going to be taken advantage of.) I did not feel that what so ever with them. I feel blessed that I found Pepboys. Our vacation could have been a real nightmare, but it wasn't. My truck was fixed and ready to go the very next day, and we went on to having a great vacation. Celebration Pep Boys is a really wonderful place to trust with your car repairs.



Everyone has mechanic stories...they are usually either really good or really bad. The fact that this is usually the case means that we enter the auto shop each time with an expectation; If it goes really well, we are relieved even thrilled. "Whew! Glad that's out of the way!" we think to ourselves. If it does not go as we had hoped, we are super sensitive, verbally armed with our guns blazing and ready to defend our position on why we "should not have to pay for that" or why we'll "be taking our business elsewhere," or what "your uncle's best friend's brother said it should cost to fix," etc.



The truth is that the business of fixing a car can be very, very expensive. The parts are often not available locally, requiring shipping and handling fees to be included in price. The actual labor is exceptionally pricey because of the simple fact you are paying for what you get: someone certified, with very specific skills required, to do the job. If fixing a car was easy and did not require special skills and equipment, most of us would do it at home, right? Well, not me, but that's another story...



Previous negative posts I've seen were by customers who got their oil changed. An oil change is the MOST COMMON car maintenance performed at home. An oil change can therefore be done ALMOST ANYWHERE, by ALMOST ANYONE, correct?



SO the choice is up to you, look no further if you are looking a good local mechanic with the care and attention to repair and maintenance found at the "independently owned" a.k.a. "mom and pop" shops along with the backing and guarantee of a larger company (a company almost 80 yrs old by the way) OR you can look for a place that can turn your oil change around in 20 minutes!!



NOTE ABOUT STORE MANAGER: Carlos has 25 YEARS experience working on cars PRIOR to entering the management side and he takes his job VERY seriously. If you have any concerns, go ahead and ask for him. He'll take care of it the way you wish or at the very least take the time to explain to you the WHAT, WHY and HOW of your repairs so you really understand what your hard earned money is getting you.
