They are crooks!!! Any shop that won't work on your vehicle cause u have your own parts are crooks!! They get the same parts from the same store u get them from then add their percentage on top of that!! That's crooks, been a mechanic 16 years never charged more for parts what I got parts for is what customer got them for, u make ur money off labor that's why u charge 90.00 hr and pay mechanic 20% of total bill

Excellent service and very knowledgeable!!!

Had my brakes done and they were very fast and efficient. Everything was explained in terms I could understand since I am not a mechanic. Cameron was very helpful as was the manager and the mechanic. My bill was VERY reasonable and it was a good overall experience. I would highly recommend this particular Pep Boys over any other one in the area. I am very Satisfied and would give 10 stars if I could!!!

When I arrived there just after 5pm and told them I had a very serious tired leak. They turn me down knowing they did not close til 7pm. I saw workers standing around but they tell me they would not be able to get me done by 7pm? Really?...For one tire leak??? Oh well...They lost my business. Thanks for nothing!

First: phone number goes to a fax machine.

Second: Just got an estimate and figures do not add up logically. Since I can not call them another visit is required to get answers. A fee for shop fees does not make since for the work I'm needing, yet no comments were made to explain them at the time I was there. More comments should have been given even if I did not ask.
