This pepboys has come a long way... all technicians here are ase certified now, and management is great... very honest, very busy, would reccomened an appointment if your going in, but if its an emergency, they do what it takes to get you back on the road. Would highly recommend this location in yucaipa if your vehicle needs repair, they r willing to help and do whatever it takes to help those in need. I would rate more than 5 stars if i could.

Worst service! Will be reported to bar. Not only is service horrible I had to have roadside assistance tell me my fluids were low! and the best part, they put in non synthetic oil! It is a brand new car and it ONLY takes synthetic! A properly trained service technician would know this! And should know that critical mistake will blow up my car!!!! DO NOT GO HERE and don't bother making an appointment because you'll sit there for 2 hours before they tell you they don't have the product you need due to negligence. Worst service by far!

Great service. A little rocky at first, but what else can you expect from a new store. Quick in an out. Got an oil change while I went grocery shopping. Definitely going back. Justin was incredibly helpful and seemed knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
