I brought my car in for a belt they replaced it and a month it popped off.I called and they replaced it under warranty.2 months later it popped again. I called yet again had it towed yet again 4 days later it was replaced and I picked it up. On the drive home the vehicle ran hot.My father immediately called me back and told me Tyler told him bring it back we won't drop you off will get it looked and dont have any techs avaliable for 2hrs we don't know price in an absurdly disrespectful manner. He arrived I asked over the phone 2 speak to Tyler. Which tyler told me the same. We can't get to it now he told my dad and if you have a problem with that your more than welcome to come see me etc..whoa wait! Tyler just disrespected my father over the phone and in person and I feel as though he just threatened me over the phone. Over a car?Then Tyler hung up with no resolve.I regret to inform you that after this whole debacle I've yet to been able to reach a supervisor or any form of management.

AMAZING SERVICE! I noticed I had a flat on the way home from work and pulled in a parking lot as soon as I could. My tire was done for and Pep Boys Lawrenceville was located across the street from the parking lot. Ran over and they seriously helped me out big time! Glen T. the mechanic who was kind enough to help me on his lunch break took my tire off took it across the street to get a new one and carried the new one back across the street and put it on for me. So any one who needs a helping hand I would highly recommend coming here the guys over there made my life 100x easier and bailed me out! P.S. Pep Boys needs to add like a tip button for situations like this….
