Pricing is deceptive, but at least the service was bad. The lady at the counter was nice, but it turned out that my online appointment didn't help when it came to paperwork or getting the work (rear brake pads) completed in a timely manner. It waited for 3 hrs. for a relatively simple repair job to be completed.



The online special quoted $119 after a $40 mail in rebate. I knew that taxes would be added, but nowhere was the approx. $20 "Shop Fee" mentioned until the final bill. The $40 rebate turned out to a gift card, but the online brake special ad didn't make that fine point. I ended up paying over $200. To me that smacks of trickery if not false advertising.

Worst experience ever. Find someone else. Waited 3 hrs 15 minutes for supposed set apt. Then they finally tell me what I had said needed to be fixed. They didnt have the part needed. Wouldnt get it for 3 more days then wanted to charge DOUBLE whst i was already quoted. Rip off rip off rip off. Very upsetting

DON'T GO THEIR. Run they don't stand behind the things that they sell. Or the work that they do. call 1-800-pep-boys and here all the law suites they have and been in and how many people they have taken their hard earnd money from.

We had bought a welder from them and it was recalled by the US Proction Angancy and we tryed to return it sence it was recalled. This welder was used for only five min. and have every thing even the origanl box.. never pland to return so so only keep the recipet for 1 year. The store personal refused to look at the recall or even make a call to any other person or main office. Upon leaving the store I got the 800 phone number and called it.

After talking to the main office they were fliped that the store would not take back the

recalled welder and that someone of higher attority will be calling me. IT has been 8 weeks and they have given me the run around for 8 week now. Every time I call (once a week) im told that the distric manager will get intuch with me and that has been for 8 weeks now.

No on will stand up and address this.

From the top to the bottom no one will respond to me having a federal recalled welder that was bought from them. I Found out that the manufacture will even give them a complet and full refund. SO WHAT IS THERE ISSUE. If it was their competor thay would be happy to help me and retund nowing that they would get the money back...............
