Poor quality of customer service by Unsatisfied customer - 10/07/2009Recently built a new home. First of all, Penick didn't pour the foundation in the correct layout. We were very flexible and asked that they just come back and add additional waterproofing to foundation so we could build up a retaining wall as an alternate way of fixing the mistake. Although have called multiple times, still no one has ever returned. Very disappointed with customer service. What is even worse, they have been back to do sidewalks (two months after requesting sidewalks) but forgot the sprayer. Their quality of work isn't bad, but getting them to come back to make the customer happy may be problematic for you. It certainly is for me.
