We provide excellent service you can rely on. All forms are processed on state of the art computer systems to eliminate many of the minor errors that cause trivial addenda and unnecessary delays in processing. All clients are contacted within 24 hours of the completion of the appraisal service with a verbal report. Hard copies are mailed or Emailed within five days of inspection.
PENFIELD, INC. is a full service real estate appraisal company. We have been providing appraisal services since 1983. Currently we have nine fulltime, licensed, Certified General and Certified Residential real estate appraisers in our office, who prepare appraisals throughout the Metropolitan and its surrounding areas. Several of our senior appraisers are also licensed in Wisconsin and perform appraisals primarily in Barron, Burnett, Pierce, Polk, Saint Croix and Washburn Counties We are fully bonded and insured. We are FHA and VA approved and are members of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers, and the National Association of Realtors - Appraisal Section.

Our experience in the appraisal field has taught us the need for precise and accurate data when conducting appraisals, as well as the swift completion of all reports, addenda, etc. Our reports provide defensible values that stand up under scrutiny. In addition, our analysis are reported in a manner that clients can understand. Subsequent to filing your report, your appraisal representative will work with you to ensure your complete understanding of all findings.
