Pella service and support

I had Pella windows and patio doors in my house built in 1993, beautifull products. Within 4 yrs I began having problems. Fogging between the glass panels, slim shades that couldnot be fixed, patio doors that had rotting sills. Pella absolutely was of no help in diagnosing the causes. This is the absolute worse company I have ever dealt with. Thier products had glazing issues during the time I purchased them but they never owned up to that, as a result I am replacing windows and doors after onlly 16 years. Good luck if you choose Pella!!!Pella never acted like they cared one bit about my issues. I always had to talk to sub-contracted repair service, who sympathetic, could not advocate for me.
BEST PLACE EVER

This place is BRILLIANT, they do everything so PERFECTLY, I can't even BEGIN to understand how they do this SO VERY VERY WELL. Brilliance like this doesn't even happen(most of the time), I mean SERIOUSLY, if you need doors or windows, this place is THE PLACE TO GO, they do it all brilliantly, I 10000000% recommend it! The windows make your house so bright during the day and romantic at night, they get you ALL OF THE GIRLS, you wouldn't even KNOW WHAT TO DO with all of them. And don't even get me started on the doors, THEY ARE EVEN BETTER, if you DON'T EVEN NEED DOORS OR WINDOWS, GET THEM HERE. THEY ARE JUST AMAZINGLY.
Simply the best

After having a nightmare experience with the dishonest Homeland Windows and Siding company, who sells Alside brand doors, a product much inferior to Pella, I had the Alside door replaced by the local Pella store. Pella has a product without equal--their installation was absolutely professional. They arrived on time, they covered everything with canvas drop cloths, they did a very precise installation and cleaned up. The whole process took about 2.5 hours. This is the way it is supposed to be. Go with the best!
