We've had two negative experiences. One was when our dog was having a seizure and was not answering the 24 hour emergency line. His wife called us the next day saying their kids had his phone. So do not bank on the "25 hour" emergency service. Second was when we were trying to have our dog put to sleep asap because he was suffering. We had a positive relationship with the other vet in town so we called them first. The first two were too busy and unable to come out that day, so we called him last seeing if he could come out that day. When we said we were trying each vet to see how quick someone could come out he stated "since I'm the third choice" he wasn't going to take the time. Any vet that will let a pet suffer because he was the third choice, will forever make him my LAST choice. Not a great people person.

Wouldn't trust my "girls" to anyone else.

The very best Vet there is. Very caring and knowledgeable. Really cares about your pet and shows it in everything they do.
