Instantaneously, they became a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet that provides service to individuals and commercial clients. Our team now includes a packaging designer and fabricator to ensure that even the most fragile or sensitive items reach their destination safely. Poor Customer Service

Owner was rude and condescending when I went in to have an item boxed and shipped. Refused to give me tracking number, said he didn't have it yet. Had to wait for a response from the recipient of the package to verify that the item was actually packaged properly and shipped. You shouldn't have to worry about things like that from professional shippers, especially when you are paying high prices for shipping. Will never step foot in this store again and I advise you to do the same.

great local business

been dealing with peli for many years and they have always been prompt, helpful and make a real effort to give us pricing competitive with the big guys and save us the cost of shipping from out of state. buying local doesn't have to be more expensive!
