To put my experience into words is difficult, since I wasn't really pleased with anything while I was there. The waiting room was so very loud, with a TV on in the corner and a speaker blasting on the opposite wall. The entire office was far from up-to-date, and the hygienist that helped me was not sanitary in the way she set me up for the device that goes in your mouth for the X-ray. When the Doctor came in, she was kind, but I didn't even know she was the Doctor since she didn't introduce herself. Neither the hygienist nor the Doctor seemed very knowledgeable at all as to what was going on, and I was just referred out of the office for the service I needed, which was fine, since I wouldn't have had it done there anyways. I was very happy to leave!

First, I was told my daughter's mouth was to small to get an x-ray but then the dentist wanted one done anyways. They did this with me away from her. They told me I had to be far away from the door which I thought was odd and during the x-ray my daughter started hysterically crying. My mother heard her all the way in the waiting room and thought she was getting a shot because of how she was crying. When I asked my daughter what happened she said they forced the plastic thing in her mouth really hard. Now, my daughter has had x-rays before and was great. I feel they don't have the proper equipment for children and forced something that was meant for an adult mouth in my childs mouth with no concern or show any concern towards my daughter as she cried and clung to me. They also only use the papoose board which they said has to be done but I find to be very traumatizing on young children Needless to say, they don't care about the child's experience at all.
