Poor Customer Service and Return Policy

Made a purchase, took it back as I decided I did not need the items and they would not give a refund, only an in-store credit. Not a good way to run a business, they said that they get returns due to customers finding better prices on-line. Seems that if they were good business people they would be more competitive and customer service oriented to retain customer loyalty. They were rude about it as well. Do not recommend doing business with this outfit and I will tell everyone that I know. I guess I will go on-line from now on. Typical Utah business mentality, screw the customer, they have no idea about customer relations are.
