Was NOT happy with them!! by

My daughter had a space maintainer become very loose in a 2 month span (I would say that is not very good work). We brought her in to take it out. After receiving my Explanation of Benefits from the insurance, it showed they owed me money. I called the dentist office and they would not refund me. Even when my insurance company left messages for them (they would not return their calls) and I told them numerous times they cannot charge me for something they previously charged for (as per the insurance company). The incompetent moron at the practice would not get it through her head and kept refusing to refund my money. She would not even let me leave a message for the dentist so I could make him aware of this serious situation (in breach of contract with the insurance company, and theft of my money) LOL then she has the nerve to tell me that my kids were "kicked" from the practice. Really?? Do you think between the crappy work and your incompetent billing I would bring them back. I then called the Bonita office and explained what was going on....I then received a call back, stating that they will be mailing my refund and lol not to contact the office again. NOT one apology!! I didn't make this mistake....your office did!!!!! Even my young children know how to apologize if they are wrong....maybe they can give that moron some tips! I would not bring my children there but if you do.....CHECK YOUR INSURANCE STATEMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!
