Unfortunately, Peachtree is still 'managing' our property in Fayetteville. Their marketing department is spot-on and they are very pleasant to work with, but their rental department has proven less than competent. We had a tenant move out and they did not do any sort of inspection - at least nothing that they can/will show me. I walked through the property and documented several issues. I was assured on several occassions that the tenant's depositwas still on-hand and that the issues would be taken care of. Well, needless to say, nothing was done. Now, that the new tenants are in possession of the property, they have the nerve to request that I pay for the damage previously documented. We will be moving on after this tenant leaves.

I have been looking for homes to rent when I came across peach tree properties. I was treated very kindly by 2 lovely woman in the office. I looked through their book of rentals and was able to find something that would suit my family. I decided to go forward with my application and even with my credit issues they were very willing to work with me. I had pulled doubles at the hospital and was exhausted the agent was quick to make things accomidationg with my schedule and had my lease ready to sign after quick discussion of property details. I was very sceptical after reading the earlier reviews. I felt very happy and confident to write this review as I believe I made the right decision for my family in renting from this company and kind staff. Thank you ladies I look forward to moving into our new home.

This company is horrible. While we were renting a home through them they never wanted to fix issues we had. We had a toilet sinking in to thenground, and they always told us they were waiting on contact from the owner. In the meantime we had another bathroom so it wasn't an emergency. "Just use the other bathroom" This continued until we moved out when it was still not fixed. We moved in the beginning of January. Here it is almost May and we still have not received our security deposit back. We were told twice it was in the mail and only minor charges were taken out. Then I got an email over a month later saying they were actually requesting an extension because they needed the carpets to be replaced. We have called dozens of times and no one is ever available to speak to that can help. We leave voice mails that aren't returned. My emails are no longer being responded to. This company does not work with tenants at all. In 10 years of military moving I have never experienced a company as shady and difficult as this one. They also use laws and clauses meant to protect military members for their own financial gain. The company is ridiculous. I urge all military families especially to steer completely clear of this company. There are a ton of other reputable property management companies and houses in the area to choose from.

Had a wonderful experience with the agent that sold me a house but awful experience with the rental department. I am disappointed but hopeful that someone will actually get back to us, make the repairs and fix the situation...

This place is horrible!!! They lied to us and told us that my husband had 3 evictions, when in fact he did not! We called our local sheriff office and spoke to the LT. about my husband's civil record. We had 1 eviction on record that was unbeknownst to us. We got a letter from the property manager from the home that was listed as an eviction stating WE WE'RE NOT LIVING IN THE HOME.We were trying to rent a very nice home located in a "suburban" neighborhood. My husband has good credit, no criminal history,earns good money and is an army vet! There was absolutely no reason for his application to be denied. On top of all that, their property manager, Ms Linda, is rude. The owner Ms, McKinney wouldn't return my calls. Mr Mckinney is the only one worth entertaining but your can clearly tell his wife runs that circus. If you consider yourself a person of color and plan on moving into a nice home, don't come here. Save yourself 30 bucks and go somewhere reputable like Prudential all American homes.

Peachtree Properties is the way to go if you are looking for a new home. It was wonderful to sit down with them to design our plan at no additional cost. Other Builders are a joke. Cyndi McKinney is just great!

Cyndi McKinney is the best Fayetteville property manager. Thank you for never making me pay my own mortgage by keeping renters in that place every month for a decade. Yes, over 10 years. Thank you for maintaining my house! She also sold in 23 days!

I was skeptical of how much a Realtor actually does. They do a lot! I found out about open houses and individual showings and many other things that I really did not want to hassle with. They were well worth the money!!!
