No Love Here....Update...there is some love after all by Upgraded - 05/14/2009Once the manager found out I was frustrated, he got my computer done, called to see how it was working, then he gave me some great upgrades. From the amount of upgrades I received let me know they understood the gravity of the pain they put me though by not having my work computer.
Completely satisfied with experience. Pleasant to work with. by smartinez - 01/27/2009I bought a 727 from PC Laptops for Christmas 2008 to run my restaurant business. I had some problems setting up my accounting software. I brought it in and they updated my program so it would work with vista. I had some problems getting my phone to sync so I came in a second time and they moved my contacts over. Finally I downloaded a virus of some kind. It took them a few days to clean it out and when I picked it up everything thing seemed to run great. I am glad I purchased from PC Laptops and will refer those I know to do business there.
They gave me more money for my trade in than EBAY! Good People. by Otsuka - 12/31/2008They gave me about $150 more on my old Toshiba laptop trade in than buy it now was on ebay and transferred my documents over. It took a few hours longer then they guessed but considering how crowded it was during the holidays with customers I was impressed. They put in a bigger hard drive for the delay at no extra cost. I would do business again with them.

My hard drive died because I knocked over my tower by mistake. They put a new one in for free even though it was my fault. They were out of the old model so they gave me the bigger one for free Very cool and much more than I expected. I still think their commercials are kinda annoying but they did a great job
