Superior Service by sheandchris - 11/02/2009Today I took my son's laptop into the Layton PC Laptop store. I was so impressed with the service I received. Mr Jason Knutti greeted me as I entered the store, listened to my problem and installed the keyboard on my laptop while I waited. He even waived the service fee!! I will definately be a repeat customer!
They Rock! by Teaney - 09/15/2009I own a "Totally Awesome" computer but PC Laptops treated me like I had bought my computer at their store. I had malware issues but could not be without my computer for long because of some pending insurance issues. Dan assured me they would scan my computer fast and take good care of me. Not only did he deliver, but his staff were friendly and patient. They took the time to explain what was wrong, how they fixed it, and how I could prevent it from happening again in the future. What other company do you know of that would accept another businesses lifetime warranty? These guys have heart, and just like the commercial says "they love you!" I won't go anywhere else for future repairs and purchases.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN LAYTON STORE by shelly - 05/19/2009I took my old Totally Awesome Computer in for repairs to the Layton PC Laptops store. Sean was so kind and helpful even though it was obvious that I did not purchase it from them. They helped me to get my computer running again, but it still was having some different issues when I brought it home. (Nothing to do with the repair) I took it back and Robert helped me find a computer within my price range. I went to PC Laptops because of the service that they advertise and I will go back for all of my computer needs because of the service I received! THANK YOU PC LAPTOPS!
