PC Laptops, I love You!! by gloria675 - 10/31/2009I just have to tell you what a great experience I had at PC Laptops in Orem on Friday, 10/30/09. I was greeted by several gentlemen with high fives, lots of smiles and "hello, how can we help you?" I enjoyed my experience while there. Robert Fisher was the gentleman who helped me. I want a laptop and he so kindly, took the time to explain what it was I needed to do the things I want to do. He told me things I had no idea that I could do with my PC. I work in Customer Service. I always am very helpful and couteous to my customers. I expect the same from other companies. PC Laptops is such a great company in the Customer Service field. When I am ready to purchase my laptop, it will be at PC Laptops!! We need more American made companies like them!!! Thank you PC Laptops!!Gloria Stoddard

Completely satisfied with experience. Pleasant to work with. by smartinez - 09/25/2009I bought a 727 from PC Laptops for Christmas 2008 to run my restaurant business. I had some problems setting up my accounting software. I brought it in and they updated my program so it would work with vista. I had some problems getting my phone to sync so I came in a second time and they moved my contacts over. Finally I downloaded a virus of some kind. It took them a few days to clean it out and when I picked it up everything thing seemed to run great. I am glad I purchased from PC Laptops and will refer those I know to do business there.
Never been happier by Pebbles1348 - 09/25/2009My computer has blow up in my face more often than not. I had a Dell computer that I took into the Orem store. There was a employee there that took very good care of me. He walked me through every step and explained everything that would happen from the time I dropped off my computer til the time I picked it up. I received three seperate phone calls updating me on the progress of my computer. I was given several options to either upgrade or repair certain items that were out of date on my computer. I was also given the option of a brand new computer purchase with a full warranty on parts. I was done dealing with all the drama involved with my computer so I went for the brand new model. Let's just say, GREAT DECISION.
worst customer service ever by Eric - 09/25/2009Sure they are great to you if you are there to buy a new computer, but I have come in several times with my laptop with problems and every single time I recieve horrible customer service and my laptop comes back with more problems than I left it with. I have tried different stores (Sandy, South Jordan) and have had the same results. They flat out lied to me as far as their progress on my system. I don't know how many days in a row I heard the line "yours is next in line". My mom got her computer from Geek box because of my experiences with PC Laptops. They have similar warrentees and much better customer service...in the long run.
Power for the Price, Excellent Service! by DeShawn Smith - 08/03/2009When I was looking for a laptop, I was looking for something that had a good balance between power and price. I am a software engineer, so I need something that isn't going to start dragging every time I try to compile a project.I did a ton of comparison shopping before I bought my laptop from PC Laptops. Most companies didn't even stock the processor I wanted, let alone have a laptop whose motherboard could handle the processor I wanted. Those that did wanted as much or more for a laptop with the exact same specifications.Robert Fisher at the Orem store was great to work with. We sent several emails back and forth before I decided on the exact configuration I wanted. They didn't stock the processor I wanted, but within a couple of days, they had special-ordered it and my screaming-fast notebook was ready for me to pick up.A few days later, the cooling fan started making strange noises. I was going to find out if all of the "we love you" commercials were real or if they were full
