PC Laptops - Sandy, Utah (dkm) by Darlene - 11/24/2009We recently purchased a new computer from PC Laptops in Sandy, Utah and have been very pleased and satisfied in every way. We were impressed with their lifetime warranty on service and parts. Sterling sold us the computer and was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining what he felt was best for our needs. We had a few issues we needed to get resolved once the computer was in our home and we talked to a great technician, Chad, who was extremely helpful in getting things fixed just the way we wanted them. He, too, was very patient and understanding and either walked us through the process or did it himself. We never felt "put down" by them for our lack of computer savy. We would highly recommend them to anyone . . .

Student's view by Dax - 09/25/2009Everything to do with my education is on my laptop, assignments, papers, notes, EVERYTHING. But lets face it, no matter where you go, your computer at some point is going to have a problem and need to go in for a service. My Sister's laptop went into "Geek Squad" 3 times this summer, wow what a headache!!! after 3 1/2 months it's finally back and working. I'm so glad to know the people at PC Laptops have always had my laptop back to me and working the first time, not to mention it would only take 2-5 days. PC Laptops - 2-5 days + $0(Backup)Lifetime service. Geek Squad - 3 1/2 months + $149.99(Backup)PC Laptops is the way to go.
Happy Customer by Gregg - 09/25/2009I reley on my lap top to get my job done just as a mechanic would rely on his tools to do his job. I purchased a Laptop system from PC Laptops 2 years ago. I paid more than I could have bu buying a Dell or some other product from a box store. In fact with as much as I use my laptop I am sure I would have had to buy a replacement by now.I made my choice with PC Laptops because of the quality of the product and theie service plan which was incredible. In fact I put their service warranty to the test just recently. I am a very insistent customer and can be difficult to deal with. However, when I buy a product I buy the best I can so I dont have to replace it and expect quality and service and the Company to stand behind their products. Which is rare these days!!!Last Tuesday I took my laptop in for some service. The Service Technician who helped me told me they were caught up and I should be able to pick up my system the next afternoon. I stopped in to pick it up around 2:30P. It was
