You get what you pay for by waikiki57 - 11/07/2009At PC Laptops The term "You get what you pay for" is true. Sure you can get a cheaper computer from other retailers. But at PC Laptops you get a free quarterly service where the technicians look for viruses and do a full diagnostic test on our computer. The techs at PC Laptops also give me pointers and lessons on how to make full use of my computer. Ryan and Kyle are outstanding. They really help me out when I need help.
Excellent Customer Service by Brandon - 10/31/2009I have been to PC Laptops a couple of times and every time I feel very welcomed. I wanted to know some information about there laptops and prices and they were very knowledgeable. I never felt like they were trying to make me buy the biggest most expensive computer either, they just wanted to help me decide what was best for me. they are very personable and respectful people and I would refer them to anyone!
Poor phone manners by Frustrated II - 10/15/2009I have to agree with the other review. I had a very specific but simple hardware issue and called to see if they did that kind of work. The guy I talked to on the phone had an arrogant tone of voice and gave me the general opinion that I was bothering him with my phone call. He didn't really tell me anything other than "bring it in and we'll look at it". It's like calling an auto mechanic to see if he will fix a flat tire and he says "bring it in and we'll look at it". The reason I'm calling is so I don't waste my time by coming down there only to find out that you can't do the work. Also, when you're on the phone, spit out the damn gum and hold the phone to your mouth!
Not helpful on the phone by Frustrated Laptop - 09/17/2009I just called in and the guy was not helpful and it was like pulling teeth to get information. He finally admitted that they charge $80/hr no matter what the problem is!
