Great Service by Ms B - 06/08/2009This company responds to your needs immediately. They are very helpful and professional. I dropped my pc off and they had it fixed in a few days. It was very corrupted and I thought I had lost everything on it, but they saved the day at a resonable price. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.
EXCELLENT CARE! by hammerhead8247 - 08/13/2008Not only did he clean out the viruses in my computer, he cleaned it out...literally! I mean he took it apart and cleaned out all the dust, dog hair and other debris inside the computer. He also took the time a week later to fix a seperate problem on my computer and did not charge me a dime. I recommend PC Help Force to all my friends and those at work. You will not be disappointed.

PCHelpForce Computer Service by CLAY - 06/18/2008PCHelpForce was prompt, friendly, and very reliable. Being in Phoenix on a business trip and having my battery charger fail on the first day was understandably frustrating. Most of the major retailers were unable to supply an older charger for a lap-top. PCHelpForce came up with one! Thought that would be all. However, once at the Hotel the outgoing email would not work, as is often the case, the smtp settings needed adjustments. PCHelpForce once again was able to get the emails up and running in short order. I highly recommend them. The service was excellent.

New Company...Great Service! by Tennis Cabana - 04/29/2008All I have to say is wow. The PCHelpForce folks really cared about my computing experience and made sure my PC was working great. I called around to the other guys and they all wanted >$200 just to look at my PC and the guys at PCHelpForce took it and repaired it the same day for $89! What a difference they have made to the PC repair scene. The "other" geeks better watch out.
Great Company! by DSMc - 04/17/2008These guys are really down to earth and helped me out of a jam. My work PC was down and they squeezed me into their busy schedule that day because they knew how critical it was for me to be back up and running. They understood how important the compuer is to those of us working in a home office. When they gave me the bill I was very suprised on how inexpensive it was. They didn't charge me a bunch of expidite fees and such, they just smiled and said..."we don't gouge customers on repair prices...we are a different kind of PC repair company". Nice!
