I have been to several different grooming shops since moving to Vegas.. Thank goodness I found Pawsh Wash Pet Grooming Salon. Jeanne the owner is so nice.. And always goes out of her way to get zoey in on a sec. notice!! They are all so happy and friendly!!! And the groomer Shonna is simply fantastic & great with my kids!! They haven't had such a perfect haircut since leaving my groomer in California!!! Shonna did an excellent lion cut on Henry my Persian cat!!! And Zoey my bichon looks great with all the extras too without all the extra charges!! Zoey not only gets a spa when going to Pawsh Wash but she gets a play day too!! The first time taking Zoey there I wash a little nervous after all the bad experiences at other shops here in Vegas..Shonna re-assured me that Zoey was going to be a little whiny until after I left... Shorly after I left I received a text video of my Zoey playing having a great time!! WOW!!!!! Thanks to Jeanne, Garrett, and Shonna !!!!! You guys are the best!! Thank You, so much for taking such good care of my kids!!!!!!!!

I took my dog in for a bath and nail clipping at about 2:30 on a saturday and i asked how long it would take and she said an hour and a half, I said great I should be back by 4:30 and she said they close at 4, first off no legitimate business should close at 4pm on a weekend but thats not the problem. My poor dog is a chihuahua and her nails were terribly long and in desperate need of a cut and i understand i shouldnt have let them get that long but everybody has busy schedules and thats the whole point of being able to pay somebody for a service with they expectation of them being convenient during your busy life. The bath and nail clipping were fine but its hard to mess that up. Here comes my problem with the place..



I knew I would be in a meeting until 4 so there was no way I would make it back on time so i called and asked if theres any way she would be ready by 3:30 her response was "I dont know, the phone keeps ringing and people keep walking in, theres another one(as the door rang because it was opened" I said well i have somebody who can get her around 2:30 and she said that should be fine and the call ended. I am HUGE on customer service being that I work in profession giving 5 diamond customer service everyday so I do expect the best as well. I didnt call for your excuses and a simple "no the process takes a bit longer than that" would have sufficed and been perfectly acceptable. The worst part was she didnt ask me a name or gender or anything of who would be picking up my dog and ended the conversation so abruptly i couldnt tell her. Well my boyfriend walked in at about 3:40 didnt say a word and she said "are you here to pick up muffin" not knowing who he was or asking for any confirmation if he knew her name or mine or anything. Im not saying people walk in to groomers and try to steal animals but it would have been nice to have a sense of security. I wont be going back due to the lack of professionalism.

Great place. My pampered pup is poodle with attitude. She is a difficult girl and my last place fired me. This place not only did a fantastic job but they were so good with her that she didn't freak out. She was happy and pretty. Yay!
