Test of time. They know your boat motor, electrical, steering and fuel system better than anyone. This is a great family Business you’ll come to love.
Paul, his family and team are to be trusted! They know how to fix it right the first time, for the best cost savings. They kept me on the water starting 1994 that’s the highest praise a USAF Chaplain DAV can give to Pauls Team! He is a Five Star all the way!!!

Bought a part thinking it was the issue with my motor but it wasn't. When I went to return the part the lady at the front refused to take the part back. Now I am stuck with a $120 part that I don't need.

Same unprofessional service as jon1973, was asked to leave after he took my money when I asked about a water test to a adjust linkage to make the boat shift properly, he did work on the out drive he refused to do it, I was actually willing to pay to have it adjusted in the water, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.. He would charge for air if you don't watch out,, even refused to charge the battery if it need it unless I paid a one hr charge for labor.. The boat was there for a few weeks.. never cranked it up after the repair...Will never set foot in his facility and will tell abyone who asks how un professional I was treated

Awesome service! I dealt with Jason the mechanic who took time to give me all the honest info on my very old Johnson V4. I brought it in for a poor running condition. He found some small issues that I didn't find and repaired them the affordable way. He didn't throw parts at it till it ran good. Because of this I will be taking all of my outboards to them. Highly recommended and everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Disappointing and Unprofessional

After reading several reviews about Paul's, I hired them to check out condition, verify warranty repairs were accomplished correctly, history, compression, etc. on two used Evinrudes I planned to purchase. After printing out warranty history and reviewing the Evinrude Diagnostic program, Paul's mechanic gave them a 'thumbs up." After purchase, I--as a non-tech--discovered the motor's computer wasn't updated correctly for a warranty-replaced fuel injector. I called Evinrude Cust Service who verified Paul's should have absolutely caught that, stated it was unacceptable (their words) and suggested I ask for my money back. I talked to Paul and requested a refund; he denied, stating, "that's what you get for buying an old Evinrude. You shouldn't have bought them. We won't have anything else to do with those motors." Unprofessional and unacceptable after his tech recommended highly I purchase the motors. You may get good service if you have a job for which he can charge your insurance a hefty premium, but in my experience, Paul's attitude and performance has fallen well short of what I would expect from an established business owner. Shame on you, Sir. Off to the BBB to file a complaint. Jon

I have been using Paul's Marine for years. These guys can fix and/or build anything! They have complete manufacturing capabilities.I have owned 3 boats over the years and have always taken them to Paul, David and Don. It is nice to be able to have someone you can trust and get the job done when they say they will have it done.
