Very disappointed with the customer service. I went to get a cable for a Bolen lawn mower because Paul's is listed as dealer. I waited for 10 minutes before being helped by a heavier set lady. She was rude and short with me because I didn't have the full part number. Then told me to come back with the part number in order to get help. I went to another dealer and got the part with the same information. If you need help with your lawn mower...go somewhere else!

i droped my mower off for a tune up.talked to owner (paul)was very nice he told me two to three weekes.3 weeks later no calls.so i called them.left msg after msg.two day later stell nothing.finly got a hold a some one.was told with no ticket # they cant help.and was blown off.dont wast your time.they suck!!!!!!!!!
