Our family has some grand memories now that can't be topped. The professionalism of the Owner and his interaction with our family during our family reunion were stellar. The video he created has our family laughing, crying and stitches every time we watch the video he recorded edited and burned to DVD. It is very professionally done. We love it and can watch it over and over again for it's cenematic excellence.

What I found most refreshing was their caring attitude and attention to detail. They maintain top quality standards while remaining very efficient! It’s nice that they welcome your input on putting together your special projects however, they will not allow you to make decisions that you will be unhappy with later.



The knowledge and experience from top down is extraordinary and the work they do will leave you coming back for more! From small to large video production they simply are the very best! The general manager of Patchin Pictures called me to help resolve the displeasure I felt, noted in my past review on 6/20/10. We had a nice conversation and I felt he was very sincere and cared about my concerns, which I find admirable. It was as he said, "Our mistake as a company was in not communicating the options clearly." I appreciate his attempt to explain his side, noted in his response below, but after we talked, he did learn more from talking with me, as I also learned more from talking to him, and we ended in a "win win" situation. I do wish his company success and feel that they deserve a better review for taking the time to understand the problem and for caring about the quality of his product and services.

Patchin Pictures took roughly 30 reels of video that my family had accumulated over the last 50 years and turned them into a DVD set I gave to my Mother for Christmas. Most of that video she hadn't seen for at least 20 years. She said it was the best Christmas gift she had ever received! Thank you Patchin Pictures for making that possible!!
