Ordered part Wednesday 4/23/2014. Was to ship Thursday 4/24/2014, so I would receive part Monday 4/29/2014. Monday they said part was shipped Friday 4/25/2014. Tuesday no part, called and they said they do not know why part was not shipped after telling me it was shipped Friday. Ordered part, because I needed it, did not expect 8 days to get a part 1 state away. How can 1 person say it was shipped Friday and 1 say Tuesday it was never shipped and does not know why.

Ordered a Seat Jack from them. Suppose to ship in 3 days. After a couple weeks I call them looking for it and I get the "its out of stock but it will be in tomorrow and we will ship right away". Long story short, waited another week, had to call again, then they send the wrong unit. I call to get it corrected and they tell me i can't return it. Don't do business with these idiots.

Bought this spark module from Pats small engine. BAD part, He sells for 1/2 price, This part cost $90-$120 and pat sell for $48 but junk part.... 12 volts in ZERO volts out to coil....
Did fine by me. by
I ordered 2 blades & got 1 blade & 1 carburetor. Their mistake. They were polite & sent me the other blade right away BEFORE I sent the carburetor back with the pre-paid shipping label that came with the blade. The blades were the exact same as what a local dealer was selling, but about 30% less in price. Even with the shipping cost added in. Had they not messed up the order, I would have given 5 stars. They seemed reputable to me.

Ordered a part thru online services.. After looking up both the correct reference and part numbers, AND comparing the item to the one pictured, I ordered it. The price made it attractive. Got the part 5 days after ordering. not too bad. WRONG PART. contacted them for return, and were informed "7 day return policy FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Bad attitude on the phone too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS group.

Call the next day after your order. If it has not shipped, cancel immediately.I ordered some parts online. Recieved the order in a timely manner. Job well done.Ordered some more parts a few weeks later. Called after a week. The parts did not ship because one was out of stock. They keep lying to me for weeks until I gave up and canceled the order. Don't waste your time with them. If they don't have something that will ship immediately, give up!!!!

On December 10, 2011, I placed an order for what amounted-to a complete air cleaner assembly for a Briggs and Stratton engine model 246435 to include: 1.) an air cleaner back plate 2.) an Air cleaner front cover 3.) an air filter, 4.) 2 mounting studs, and 5.) 2 nuts. They called me and said the studs and nuts would take weeks. I cancelled that portion of the order. I then didnât hear from anyone or receive the order for weeks. I called back after six weeks to find out what had happened. After doing a search for two or three minutes, they found it, and said they would get it out. Had I not called back, It would have never been sent. When it arrived, there was no invoice, no receipt (nor did they email one), it was missing the back plate, and the nuts they said were not available were shipped. Six weeks to get the order wrong - and only after I prodded. I won't do business with these clowns again.
Ordered and received a Kawasaki String Trimmer, oil and trimmer line. PSEP's price crushed every other local or internet dealer. Shipping was speedy, and I couldn't be happier. I will be using them again for my equipment needs!

Contrary to some previous reviews, I found Pats small engine to be a fast supplier of parts. I ordred on Sat Aft and received the parts Tuesday noon. Doesn't get much better than that. I subsequently needed a secondary part, when I called the parts man said he would have another on the way same day.Super Service
Not Very Organized by
This business is local to where I work and my company needed a part as we repair large equipment. They had he part in stock and I sent my runner to get it later in the day. I had given the company name and all of our info over the phone but whenn my runner showed up they looked at him like he had two heads and no one knew anything about the order. After a while they managed to figure it out, It seems that the everyone there from the people that takes the orders over the phone to the people at the front desk has no idea whats going on or what to. I would be embarassed if the company I work for was that clueless.
