Ordered $4500 in ‘custom’ cabinets 2x. Both times, cabinets were crap, poor quality and damaged. Oh, and the cabinets they have on display is not who makes the cabinets you order. Terrible customer service. Will never shop here again.

Apparently when you shop this location, you can give a credit card over the phone to make purchases, however you are NOT given a return on these same items UNLESS you then provide them with the credit card. I am a business, and do not give my business credit card to my staff to use at will. We are a local company that purchases all over the tri-county area and have never had this happen. I find it very strange that they are more than happy to take your card number over the phone to make a sale, but refuse to issue any credit if the card is not present. How does that make good sense, and is this good customer service coming from the Customer Service Manager named "Michael". Beware if you shop here, that they have strict return policies. Wondered if that info is posted in the business somewhere?

Wow! As previous reviews have mentioned, other supply stores or on-line sites just don't seem to carry supplies geared for mobile homes -- not in style, weight, size, or price. Pat's turned out to be a REAL FIND, having in stock just the items for which we were looking PLUS a few we found (and purchased) that we felt would add a flair to the old home (a dining room light, ideal replacement flooring for the kitchen, and a bathroom vent fan with a light...for a price $30. cheaper than Home Depot that had no light). The most pleasant surprise was the advice, guidance and overall service we received at Pat's; we left there feeling like "part of the family." And...no, we're not; in spite of this being an unabashedly glowing review, we're just former "sun-birds" now moving to Florida more permanently, and very pleased to have found a helpful source to continue fixing up our place. We'll be returning to pick up a 30-gallon water heater for a price at Pat's that can't be found on-line!

This place is huge, and filled with stuff for your mobile/modular home. Lots of closeouts and other good deals. Also helpful staff.
