Awsome selection and service. Saw other reviews. Not a place to turn kids loose. Too much stuff for them to disturb. Also aisles are narrow cuz lots to select. Dont bring a stroler inside. Leave the kids at home. Staff will help when its your turn. Ive done buisness here fer over 15 years. Great products fer the prices. Weddings snd theme parties. I hope they stay and continue the fine services.

IT IS RIDICULOUS TO OWN A PARTY SUPPLY STORE AND AND EXPECT NO KID!!!! ITS OBVIOUS WE ARE ONLY THERE FOR OUR KIDS!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!! I HOPE IT GOES OUT OF BUSSINESS FOR THE RUDENESS!!!!!!!!!!

They suck in customer service department. I called them to ask a question and they were pretty rude.

This place is fine, nothing extraordinary about it though. They have mostly the same stuff as other party stores, maybe even slightly less variety than say Party City or someplace else like that! The main complaint: the aisles are too narrow! Pushing a stroller down them is excruciating & like being in a bumper car! Good selection of balloons & plenty of helium to fill them with though! Decorations for almost every occassion you could think of but only a few choices in each. For instance, they only had Elmo, the Incredibles, Cars, Winnie the Pooh & a generic type for a boy's first birthday in cards, streamers, ribbon, cups, plates, banners, etc. Was hoping for a wider selection (like maybe 20 different themes to chose from instead of the 5 or 6 they had). Great Halloween supply store though! Lots of prosthetic make-up kits for attaching wierd things to your face & body! Open late too! Staff wasn't all that friendly though but there was planty of parking & it's right off the 5 freeway which is handy!
