Not a good place to live. There is no privacy as you are being watched by the management at all times since they live in the apartment building. The management is not professional at all and will try to rip you off. I would not recommend this place to anyone, even my worst enemy.

the land lord said that this was a quiet place when we moved in. NO ITS NOT! he also said when we moved in when we asked how insulated the walls were for sound, he told us they were fine you can barely hear anything & theres double concrete walls between the apts. WRONG AGAIN! only standard walls. between the loud music that we woke up to multiple times, along with waking up to the kid next door jumping up & down like crazy in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT was rude, especially when we knock on the door twice to NO ANSWER. VERY rude neighbors. when my neighbore is home i can hear the floor boards crack on her side of this old 70's build complex & the way the floor boards crack & move litterally sounds like someone is walking around in YOUR apt, but its just the neighbor. the parking is crap. the land lord lives on site with 5 parking spaces to himself, all 4 garages are his, plus his 3 campers he has here.

they do not accept pets. your not allowd to have ANY pet,but they have 2 cats. that right there is a violation of their own policy in the contract for the fact that he chooses to live ON SITE! in an apt.

plus last night we had a punk try to break into our apt WITH A KEY!! the punk had a damn key! the land lord NEVER changes the locks out. we pay $625 a month for a 2 bdrm & a safe place to come home to. the land lord was not ONE BIT shocked, or concerned when we called about the break in. frankly he was more pissed that i told him we changed the lockes our selves (which the police did advise) & that i was VERY unhappy with the fact that THIS IS WHAT WE PAY YOU FOR. WE PAY YOU TO LIVE IN A SECURE HOME.
