less than honest by rightcoast - 02/26/2009Their sales people as well as the owner are less than honest in taking orders. Promising things that do not happen and raising prices on signed contracts. They consistently failed to follow up on phone calls and visits. If a sales person does not know the answer to a question or the price they should state so and not make up an answer resulting in upselling and an unhappy customer.
