Many maintenance problems. Slow to respond to those. Common areas poorly maintained. 2 pools, one was closed and dirty all year and the other was commonly closed through the summer. covered parking... Read Full Review on Yelp.com.

This place is not new. AMOF, it's pretty old. HOWEVER! It's well maintained and the staff is very nice. I only ever had 1 maintanance issue the whole 3 years I was there and they took care of it... Read Full Review on Yelp.com.
