Lets face it...going to the dentist is all about quality of service. From the office personnel, to the waiting room comforts, to the professionalism of the staff and their credentials. Discomfort is a given at any dentist. With that said here's why I like Panther Hollow -No pain parkingNo stress in the waiting area - feels like a mountain lodge atmosphere. No Insurance painCustomer service is ***** 5 star - The staff is compassionate and caring.I'm very happy with the experience at the office, and in the chair I feel I'm in good hands of the Dr.'s!
Rude office admins.

I believe the dentists themselves are nice and generally helpful but the office admins were lackluster. I had my first ever appointment at 8 am and walked in the door at 8:03. The first thing said to me was "there you are we were looking for you your appointment was at 8." You've gotta be kidding me? 3 minutes late and I'm getting an earful on my first ever visit. Customer service doesn't seem to bode well with them, but that's not why I've taken time out to to make this review though. I gave them my forms filled out and my license and insurance card. After going through the paperwork they asked me some questions about my insurance which is through my father's job. According to them I needed to have his SS number and date of birth. Now the DOB is no problem but his SS is? He is on vacation for a week with no access to a phone and apparantly they can't do anything. In addition I was told I should have a seperate Insurance card for dental. Which is funny because for the last 23 years I n

Dr. Bob made me so comfortable and at ease. I am not a fan of dentists, but this facility is amazing-from start to finish its a great experience.
