We arrived about 7:00 on a Friday evening. The employees were already cleaning up. There were no pastries in the cases. The only side available for the kids’ macaroni meal was yogurt. My bread bowl was cold. A man was working in an area and the worker blocked him in with chais. The sign on the door said closing time was 9:00 so we thought we had ample time and would be able to have our usual. We have never had an experience like this at Panera and we are crossing this one off our list.
