I can't blame the poor menu nor poor customer service on my one, and last visit, to this franchise. To the owner, stop in and visit your franchise! Yuck! Your menu sucks!To the in-house floor manager, train & re-train, ESPECIALLY in customer service. Stay 24 hrs, or just when the place is open, lead each employee like you owned the place! Back to the owner.....maybe new managers?
