I highly recommend Lee and Chris Fredrickson's Pak Mail for any of your shipping needs. I needed to send my Mom's dishes to Portland, Oregon and did not have a clue how to do that. I called Chris Fredrickson and she listened to what I needed, gave me some options and made some recommendations. I took Mom's dishes to her and she used some of the packaging that was already done and made sure the shipment would be extra safe by putting more packing material and double boxing the dishes. She even separated the dishes into two sets of four just in case a box got lost or there was breakage. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional. I knew I didn't have to worry about these cherished items.

Lee, the proprietor of Pack Mail, is a consummate professional with an extensive knowledge of art and valuables. He is an excellent person to call in to help with estates. We know, he just helped us clear out an elderly relatives apartment. He came to the site, sized up the job, came back and picked everything up, and shipped it. The service was excellent!

Call him before FedEx Office, that's for sure.

Lee and the ENTIRE staff at the Cedar Rapids Pak Mail were incredible to work with from start to finish. I recently had an oversized/bulky/not-your-everyday type of item (gym equipment) shipped via freight. Unfortunately, my item was in Iowa and I was in Georgia so the best I could do was legwork via the telephone. I was very fortunate, being referred to Lee/the Cedar Rapids Pak Mail by the seller in Des Moines. In addition to great communication and competitive rates, Lee handled all aspects of the shipping process with absolute precision. Absolutely recommended.
