Our lead home designer Steve Van Sant has been designing homes for over 35 years. Together with our talented teams of project managers, interior designers, administrative support staff and quality in-house craftsman creating dream homes for our clients is our passion. We understand the importance of controlling costs and quality and time when it comes to custom homes. It's the reason that we make the whole process transparent. We want you to be in control every step of the way. We will not allocate 1 cent of your money unless you have reviewed and approved each step of the build and are completely comfortable with the vendor or subcontractor; we are the ambassadors of your money and we take this responsibility very seriously. Throughout your build you will be in contact with the project manager on a very regular basis and also with the estimating and quality control members of our team as often as you need.

We understand better than anyone that things change – you discover new ideas throughout the build and want to incorporate them into your home. Being flexible and constantly engaged with out clients enables us to make changes during the build with minimal impact to schedule and cost.
