"Warning" beware of dishonest and disrespectful Customer Service



During the time of purchase, everything was good. However that did not last too long.

Bought a washer and dryer, my delivery was schedule on Tuesday,10am to 2pm,

I waited for their call, "for nothing". I had to go to work, I called them to reschedule my delivery for the next day, they said Thursday same time, I said okay, I will take the day off. On Thursday nobody call me, I called them back, they said there was no washer and dryer for me, they said I canceled my order, so it was taken to somebody else. The manager said, " Fisrt Come, First Serve".

I never got an apology from the delivery guy, or the salesman or the manager. Actually I went back for my money back, and I demand an explanation and an apology, Sadly, I hardly got any.

So, Pacific Sales in Corona has horrible customer service, "DON"T TAKE THE RISK"

prices seem a little high. I'll give them, that they know their product...however, this is my 2nd time that i've had trouble with the delivery. wrong product came,.. it took over a month to get my sink delivered. my washer came quick, but at the wrong time of the day, so had to leave work to make it home. i didn't need this.
