A VERY SATISFIED PATIENT

by Karen W , 05/18/2012

I hate going to the dentist just as much as the next person, but after the first few minutes I was put at ease. Actually, that feeling began happening as I was making the first initial visit over the phone. I wish I could find the right words to describe the feelings I have towards EVERYONE at Pacific Avenue Dental Care. Thank you ALL sooooo much!!!

prices

by shelly , 06/12/2013

I think there prices are way to high I had to apply for a credit card asked if I could get a discount becaues like alot of people I have no insureance. so the staff at the front desk said no because the dentist is paying the interest on the card. so I didnt think anything about it one year latter I went to pay my bill and they had charged me $275.38 in interest. So much for the dentist paying the interest. So I called and talked to the front desk staff and she told me we did pay the interest there trying to get double payment. so I called the credit card company they told me it is because it was a card that didnt charge intrest if you pay it off in a year. So I called the dentist office again and told them they told me they had paid the intrest now I may look stuped but if the card was intrest FREE FOR A YEAR HOW CAN YOU PAY THE INTREST. So be careful and ask LOTS of ????? every where you go.

Geri is an awesome lady love her bedside manner. And my dentist is very friendly and I like when he tries to sing.

Disappointing for the region

by disappointed customer , 07/21/2013

I was very satisfied with my cleaning but VERY dissatisfied with the politics of payment for my future appt and dental work. If I pay 3 days upfront prior to appt, I would get a discount. On top of wanting a second opinion, it was going to cost me $145 to have my XR's emailed. Talk about highway robbery. I work in a professional medical setting and we are all about patient/customer care. If these dentists are new to the area, they are going to have to be more competitive for the area. Beware what you sign. There is lots of initialing. Please read everything and ask lots of questions. I feel they are all about the mighty dollar. :(
