I purchased two Living Social coupons - one for my car, one for my son's - in February 2013. In early March I contacted Pacific Auto Detail to schedule interior cleaning for the cars. The earliest they could get me in was May, two months! I accepted the appointments. I was instructed to bring each car in "in the morning" and they would have it for me by the end of the day. I brought the first car in around 8:30. Was clean and done by 1:00. When I dropped it off that morning I asked if I could add an exterior wash but when I picked it up, although the clerk was going to charge me for it, the car had not been washed because they "didn't have time." I brought the second car in the second day at 9:30. I was told I was too late. I said I had been instructed to bring it in in the morning and 9:30 was surely still "morning." The gentleman said "We never tell customers to bring their vehicle in in the morning. We always tell them by 9:00." I said I was clearly told and had included it on my calendared schedule to bring it in "in the morning." He disagreed with me again. I felt as though I was bring accused of making this up. In any case, although I waited two months for my first scheduled appointment, they could not get my car back in FOR SIX WEEKS, mid-June! I can get an appointment with my doctor quicker than that. Waiting six weeks to two months to have my car cleaned is ludicrous. I can drive up nearly any place else in town and have it done that day. Needless to say, I did not reschedule with Pacific.

In November I purchased an AmazonLocal coupon for paint sealant services and basically forgot about it. Consequently, I waited to make an appointment with Pacific Auto very close to the expiration date and expected them to be overwhelmed with last minute procrastinators like myself. To my surprise, I was able to get an appointment the same day I called and was treated with courteous professionalism and great service. Matthew, the technician who serviced my car was able to complete the process in less than an hour. Our black car's exterior was coated with a high-end paint sealant and hasn't looked this good since the day we purchased it. It looks better than the hand detailing service I paid for a year ago. I will definitely go back to Pacific Auto on a regular basis and highly recommend them to anyone who wants to keep their car's paint surface shiny bright!

this place has great service and actually was having fun getting my car serviced. i think the job was beyond great and would recoment it to everyonre with a dirty car. it was amazing how much services they covered from water leaks to detailing they will always have my car in their shop twice a year!!!!!!!!!!!!....lol thanks justin and mathew!!!

Mike at Pacific Auto Detail was amazing.. I came in with a used car I'd just purchased that I discovered was full of mold. I have a new baby so this was really dangerous...Mike drove me home immediately and took the car back to be worked on. He had it cleaned and detailed within a few days, and even filled a windshield crack for me for free.They were friendly, efficient, and able to deal will with an emotional new mom.I highly recommend them
