Buying appliances here is fine if everything gets delivered in perfect condition AND you use your own appliance installers. DO NOT use PC Richard for any installations. They will work hard as sales guys to close the deal, I give them credit for that. As far as installation and post sales/service they are terrible. DO NOT buy an extended warranty on anything from them. Trust me, you will not want them servicing your appliances anyway. My refrigerator was delivered with a scratch across the face of the door. The sales guy, Phil, gave me the run around for weeks, saying he reached out to the manufacturer and all we can do is wait for their response. After a month of waiting and playing phone tag, he said he will call them again to check the status. A month and a half later, they finally take a door off a new unit in their store and brought it to install. Additionally, I paid $133 for them to come and install the trim kit. The “techs” spent an hour and a half playing games trying to get the trim kit installed. They popped the wood cabinetry paneling off and scratched the finish in a couple of areas because they had no idea what they were doing. They gave up and said that the trim kit can’t work because my brand new cabinetry was not level and there was not enough support to install the trim kit properly. They told me to have the cabinetry supplier check it out. The cabinetry supplier said they obviously didn’t know what they were doing. He sent his appliance installer and it was completed in 30 minutes.
