brought my truck in for a leaky power steerring hose. they fixed the problem. a couple of days later i started leaking power steering fluid again. I brought the truck back and they told me that the rack was leaking. the good part comes now without me saying a word they told me that they should have noticed that the rack was leaking when they did the previous work and that they would deduct the hose repair from the rack replacement!! Saved me approx. 200.00. great guys VERY HONEST
Really, REALLY honest...

I never write reviews.... but just had to this time. The P3 Automotive folks were unbelievably candid and upfront when my 16 year old son brought his perfectly working truck to them to have some "tricked out" muffler alterations done. They quoted a $150 price, and knew my son was eager to have the work done. But, they literally talked him out of it (no mean feat).... telling him how doing that, and several other very expensive things on his wish list, detracted significantly from the truck's value, made it less safe, and would waste his money by making the truck way less gas efficient and increasing the need for repairs down the line. They went on to tell him things that would help the truck's value... and none of them were jobs they did so they stood nothing to gain financially. My son and I came away utterly impressed and grateful for their integrity -- almost speechless -- and, especially, as a mom, how they took the time to treat my son so well. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Mechanics you can trust

We have been taking our cars to Wayne, Jeremy and Eric Peavy since we moved to Tallahassee in 1994 (when they were Tuffy Auto Service). Our first real experience was when my father-in-law heard a terrible noise in his car a day before needing to drive back to Chicago. They could have hit him for a whole new transmission and many hundreds of dollars, but told him about a broken plastic part and sent him on his way for under $30. Now, I simply drive my car to them, tell them what I think is wrong, they give me a range for the cost of repairs and I ask them to fix it. I never worry that they are doing any unnecessary work, and their repairs are always trouble-free.I would not consider taking my car to another shop.Kevin Sossong
Great Experienced Auto Repair

P3 Automotive Formerly Tuffy on Magnolia Drive Is a Great Auto Shop..The Mechanics have been there for years and know all automobiles. The have done such work for me as electrifying a Radiator Fan, Replacing a Cylinders Head Gasket, and They have outlived 6 Auto mobiles and 5 Manufacturers on my trusted list. They are a full service shop with a large vehicle lift, and usually can get One in in the same day, Call Ahead. They are now a litlle more expensive, than a cut rate shop, but their mechanics aren't earning the Shop Minimum. I have only taken a car back to them rarely and tell me that I need further service before I leave them when such occurs. P3 Automotive In Tallahassee is a Great Automotive Repair Shop.
